Hint: put a zip tie threw center hole to hold 3/8 back plate while fitting
it. See picture for illustration.
Turn the tab so it points towards the outside of the cab. Some grinding
might need to be done on the top and bottom of the tab. It is a very
tight fit on the inside of the frame.
STEP 3:
• Install Road Armor bumper to frame mount per side
using 6 3/8” bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts.
• Install back plate tab with the 3/8 bolts on the back
side of the frame plate so the bolts point towards you.
• If guarded : Wrap corners with soft material to protect
fenders from scratching.
• Measure between bracket holes and position bumper
bolts for easy alignment.
• Carefully guide bumper onto brackets.
• Use the 1/2 bolts with tabs to the outside bolt holes
on the bumper per side.
• Tighten all hardware down and reinstall rubber body
mount and nut as well as the metric hard ware on the
bumper to frame mounts.
STEP 4:
• You’re all done! Enjoy the view.
