NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before
attempting to install this part.
NOTE: During shipping product might loose its convex shape or the bars may bend slightly. In order to get a proper fit, product might
need to be re-shaped slightly by bending it BY HAND to regain its convex shape. Be careful not to damage the Billet Grille when
bending.
DRILLING REQUIRED

TOOLS REQUIRED
- Phillips Screw Driver
- 4mm Wrench
- Drill w/ 5/32” Drill Bit
1 – Billet Grille
5 - #8 x 1 ½” Sheet Metal Screws
5 – Tinnerman Clips
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect product and check components with items listed above.
2. Carefully position Billet Grille onto bumper cavity and mark through holes the drilling locations (Figure 1).
NOTE: Make sure Billet Grille is properly aligned before marking the drilling locations.
3. Use a Drill to drill at marked locations.
4. Attach Billet Grille by holding the Tinnerman Clip behind bumper and inserting Sheet Metal Screw (from the
front) through the Billet Grille hole and Tinnerman Clip (Figure 2).
5. Align Billet Grille and tighten all Screws at the same rate.
