Easy Install Billet Grille (Part # 886151)

2004-2007 Ford F150 Honeycomb

Overlay/Cut-Cut

NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before attempting

to assemble and/or install this product.

1 – Billet Grille

6 - #10 x 5/8” Sheet Metal Screws

6 – “L” Brackets

6 - #10 Flat Washers

6 – M4 x 15mm Phillips Screws

6 – 60mm Metal Plates

6 – M4 Lock Nuts

6 – M4 x 40mm Phillips Screws

6 – Tinnerman Clips

OVERLAY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Inspect product and check components with items listed above.

M4 x 40mm Screw,

Metal Plate, and

Lock Nut

2. Open hood and remove grille shell as per manufacturer instructions.
3. Cover the top, sides, and lower horizontal bars with masking tape to

protect the finish. Place the grille shell on a clean working area.

4. Remove logo from grille shell and position Billet Grille onto grille shell

cavity.

Loosely attach Billet Grille by holding 60mm Metal Plate behind factory
grille shell and inserting M4 x 40mm Phillips Screw (from the front)
through the Billet Grille hole and Metal Plate, secure it with Lock Nut
provided (Figure 1).

Once the Billet Grille is loosely attach, center it and tighten all Bolts at
the same rate.

CUT OUT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

7. Follow Steps 1-3 to start the cut out installation.
8. Using a hacksaw or a rotary disc carefully cut out the honeycomb as close as possible without damaging the

horizontal bars or the vertical sides (Figure 2). NOTE: Always wear eye protection & gloves when using power
tools.

9. Carefully grind any protruding edges remaining from the honeycomb.
10. Attach “L” Brackets to Billet Grille using the M4 x 15mm Phillips Screws. Carefully position Billet Grille onto the

cavity of the grille shell.

11. Mark the drilling location through the hole on the “L” Bracket onto the grille shell (Figure 3).
12. Remove Billet Grille and set aside. Drill a 5/32” hole on each marked location.
13. Reposition Billet Grille onto grille shell and loosely attach “L” Brackets (Figure 4).
14. Once the Billet Grille is loosely attach, center Billet Grille and tighten all Bolts at the same rate.
15. Make sure the Billet Grille is properly aligned and securely fastened, then reinstall the grille shell with original

fasteners.
