Inner Tire Adapter (8137-1) 1 5/16” x ¾” Bolt 2
Outer tire Adapter (8137-2) 1 5/16” Flat Washer 4
Can Support Plate (8137-3) 1 5/16” Lock Washer 2
Hardware Pack (8137-HP) 1 5/16” Nut 2
3/8” x 3” Bolt 1 ¼” x ¾” Bolt 2
3/8” Lock Washer 1 ¼” Flat Washer 4
3/8” Nut 1 1/4” Lock Washer 2
Rubber End Cap 1 ¼” Nut 2
Step 1: Remove spare tire from vehicle.
Step 2:
Place carrier adapter bracket over studs and re-install your spare tire. The adapter
bracket will slide through the center of your wheel.(Fig 1)
Step 3:
Attach can carrier to outer adapter bracket with ¼” hardware. (Fig 2)
Step 4:
Assemble lower adapter plate with 3” bolt and hardware with rubber end cap.
Attach lower plate onto can carrier with ¼’ hardware. (Fig 3)
Step 5:
Slide outer adapter bracket into inner bracket that is sticking through the center of
your wheel and attach with 5/16” hardware ( Fig 4)
Step 6:
Secure all hardware completely, adjust lower adjustment bolt to be sure there is no
Movement in the can carrier and then secure. (Fig 5)
