INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PARTS LIST
(1) FRONT BAR
(6) 7/16” HEX LOCK NUTS
(2) FRAME MOUNT BRACKETS (12) 7/16” FLAT WASHERS
(6) 7/16” x 1 ½” HEX BOLTS (8) 10 x60mm Hex Bolts
(8) 10 mm Lock Nuts (12) 10mm Flat washers
(2) ¼’’ Philips pan head screws (2) ¼’’ lock nuts
(2) Upper brace brackets
PROCEDURE
1. Remove factory tow hooks from front of truck. The grill guard mounting brackets slip behind tow hook.
Use the new 10mm x 60mm bolts washers and nuts to secure brackets to truck.
Note: If vehicle does not have tow hooks, locate and remove the (4) plastic push rivets that secure
plastic panel covering the mouth of the bumper. Remove the plastic panels to expose vehicle tow hook
mounting points. This will be to be trimmed away.
2. Using the new 10mm x 60mm bolts washers and nuts to secure brackets to truck (see Figure 1.). Hand
tighten.
3. Repeat for passenger-side of vehicle using passenger-side Frame Mount Bracket.
4. Line up the 3 holes on the lower portion of the Front Bar with the 3 holes on each of the Frame Mount
Brackets (see Figure 1.2) and attach using (3) 7/16” x 1 ½” hex bolts, (6) 7/16” flat washers, and (3)
7/16” hex lock nuts for each side. Hand tighten.
5. Align the left and right side of the Front Bar to the vehicle bumper, and when satisfied that the Bar is
centered, tighten the (6) bolts supporting the Front Bar. The (8) Frame Mount Bracket bolts may now be
tightened to complete installation.
6. With hood open located on the inner cross frame in front of the radiator (2) 8mm bolts remove (1) of the
8mm’’ bolts outer. Fasten upper bracket on each side leave loose as to align bar. See figure 2.
