Parts List
1 – Front Aries Bar
2 – Frame brackets
2 – Top frame brackets
8 – 7/16 x 1 ¼ hex bolts
8 – 7/16 Hex nuts
16 – 7/16 flat washers
Installation of Bottom Frame Bracket
Remove the 2 factory bolts directly behind the bumper. The bolts are parallel, one
directly behind the other. The bolt pattern on the frame mounting brackets will be
positioned as shown on the illustration (Driver side Shown). Attach frame-mounting
brackets reusing the factory bolts.
Installation of the top mount brackets
Loosen the 2 factory nuts located within the inner vent of the bumper opening. The bolt
pattern on the top bracket should be positioned as shown on the illustration (driver side
shown). Attach top mounting brackets reusing factory nuts. Hand tighten as you may
have to alter for adjustment.
Installation of the front bar
Line up the 3 holes on the lower portion of the front bar with 3 holes on the frame
mounting brackets (inner edge). Using the 7/16” hex bolts, nuts and washers fasten the
front bar to the mounting brackets leaving loose for adjustment. Align top hole in side
plate with top mount bracket and fasten with 7/16 hex bolt and nut.
Once front bar is attached to the mounting brackets, align until satisfied with fit and
balance and tighten all fasteners.
NOTE: it is advisable to recheck all fasteners for tightness after one week
Frame existing bolts
Existing bolts
