INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FRONT SPORT BAR PART #2504
PARTS LIST
1- ARIES FRONT BAR
1- 12MM BOLT TAB DRIVER SIDE
1- 12MM BOLT TAB PASSENGER SIDE
2- 12MM FLAT WASHERS
2- 12MM LOCK WASHERS
2- 12MM NUTS
2- 8MM X 30MM SELF TAPPING SCREWS
2- 8MM LOCK WASHERS
2- 8MM LOCK WASHERS
INSTALLING THE MOUNTING BRACKETS
1. Remove License Plate Bracket along with plate.
2. Remove the front part of Plastic Skid Under Carriage (not the whole piece). This
is done by removing factory front clips (located just under the front bumper area)
but do not discard them.
3. Attach the Passenger/Driver side-12MM Bolt Tab as shown in diagram 1. This
is done by placing them through the open holes. The tab bolts face down in the
lower carriage (review photo diagram 1&2).
4. Once the bolt tabs are inserted fasten the bull bar to the tabs and leave semi
loose.
5. Mark the top tabs using the holes on tab (this will sit against bumper) and drill a
5mm pilot hole within the tab hole.
6. Screw in 8MM self tappers and 8MM washers
7. Reattach Plastic Skid Under Carriage with existing clips. Note, you will have to
trim a minor amount of this area with razor/knife. See figure 3.

Diagram 3 Trim the area below 1 x 1.5” to allow bolt tab to connect with 12MM nut
Note: It is highly recommended that installer uses all 4 mounting areas.
