(2) SIDE TUBES WITH STEPS
(32) 7/16” FLAT WASHERS
(16) 7/16” x 1 1/4” HEX HEAD BOLTS (16) 7/16” HEX LOCK NUTS
PROCEDURE
1. Begin installation by working on driver side of the vehicle (refer to Figures 1 and 2).
2. Line up holes of the driver-side Side Bar brackets to the back side of the vehicles rocker panel protection
brackets as shown in Figure 2, and secure to each bracket using (2) 7/16” x 1 1/4” bolts, (4) 7/16” flat
washers, and (2) 7/16” lock nuts. Hand tighten.
3. Adjust Side Bar so that it is level and centered and tighten the two inner brackets first, and then the two outer
brackets to complete the driver-side assembly.
4.
Repeat process for passenger side of vehicle to complete installation.
