INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.
STEP 2
Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 3
Determine driver front and rear mount brackets. Locate mount holes on frame for front and rear brackets. For rear mount
location, install (1) bolt plate through large hole on bottom of frame into small hole on side of frame and use (1) plastic
washer to hold in place. For front mount location, insert (2) bolt plates through large hole so that they protrude through
smaller holes adjacent and use (2) plastic washer to hold in place. See figure 1.
STEP 4
Position driver rear bracket in place with (1) 5/8” flat washer above bracket as a spacer. Fasten 12mm stud and ½” bolt
plate using (1) ½ -13 hex nut. (1) M12 -1.75 hex nut, (2) ½” flat washer and (2) ½” lock washer. Leave fasteners loose.
