(2) SIDE TUBES WITH STEPS
(4) ½ -13 x 2” HEX HEAD BOLTS
(2) FRONT MOUNT BRACKETS (2) ½-13 x 1 ¼” HEX HEAD BOLTS
(2) REAR MOUNT BRACKETS (6) ½” LOCK WASHERS
(2) FRONT SUPPORT STRAPS (8) ½” FLAT WASHERS
(2) REAR SUPPORT STRAPS (2) ½ -13 HEX HEAD NUT
(2) T-BOLTS (4) 3/8-16 x 1” HEX HEAD BOLTS
(10) 3/8” FLAT WASHERS (6) 3/8-16 HEX HEAD NUTS
(6) 3/8” LOCK WASHERS
PROCEDURE
1. Remove contents and verify instructions and product.
2. Remove the body mount bolts from front and rear mounts underneath cab of truch and discard washer stacks.
Do not discard factory bolts.
3. Bolt front mounting brackets (shorter brackets) and rear brackets (larger) to body mounts using the factory
body mount bolts. See Figure.
4. Bolt front support strap to factory hole on inside frame using ½” -13 x 2” bolts with ½ lock, flat washers, and
hex head bolts. Bolt front support strap to front mounting bracket using 3/8 hardware.
5. Insert T-bolt to factory hole on inside of rocker panel of truck. Bolt rear support strap using 3/8 hardware.
6. Fasten sidebars to front mounting bracket using ½ -13 x 2”, and ½ hardware. Fasten the sidebar to rear
mount using ½- 13 x 2” and ½ hardware.
7. Torque the ½-13 bolts to 65Ibs, and 3/8 hardware to 30Ilbs. Do not use impact tools.
