Drugs and/or alcohol will prevent you from operating

your boat safely. This single factor is involved in

more marine accidents and deaths than any other.

The detrimental effects of alcohol and drugs are

increased by the wind, waves and sun, quickly

impairing your ability to react properly and promptly

in an emergency.
