AINTENANCE SAFETY REGULATIONS

Spare parts must correspond to the technical provisions established by the Constructor.
This is guaranteed by the use of original spare parts.

It is extremely dangerous to commit errors. Before greasing or repairs read the use and
maintenance manual carefully.

Handle each element with great care. Keep hands and fingers away from concealed

spaces, gearing and similar. Always use approved safety devices, such as goggles, gloves
and accident‑prevention shoes.

When working on the electric plant always wear protective goggles and remove rings,

watches and any other metal jewellery. As a general rule, do not use petrol to clean parts.

Interventions on the auxiliary electric plant must be carried out exclusively by our After‑
sales Service in order to guarantee conformity to that prescribed by the regulations in
force (EN 60204 and national standards).

Always disconnect the battery before any intervention on the electric plant.

The hydraulic pipes must be laid and mounted perfectly.

Tampering with the hydraulic circuit can cause serious danger when using the platform.

Do not dispose of lubricants in the environment but collect them and dispose of these
products respecting the laws in force in the relevant countries.

Check the vehicle once a day or every shift for any external damage (corrosion, integrity

of structural parts, welding). The person in charge must be informed immediately of any

variations detected (including functional behaviour). Stop and block the vehicle imme‑
diately and carry out more detailed checks.

Fluid that leaks under pressure may penetrate the skin. Always discharge pressure befo‑
re removing the hydraulic pipes and tighten connections correctly before introducing
pressure. Keep the hands and body away from small holes and nozzles from which
high‑pressure liquids escape. Use card or piece of paper to identify the leak.
