AR Rifle Length Rail

CAUTION

Always check and be certain that the firearm is unloaded

before undertaking any work upon it.

MT051 & MT053 INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVE EXISTING HAND GUARDS

If you have a brand new AR rifle and it came with standard plastic hand guards, you will
need to remove these before installing our metal hand guards.

1. Pull down delta ring by using a forearm removal tool and pull off hand guards.

INSTALLING RAIL MOUNT

1. Align top hand guard (one with three rails) with area in the barrel nut and push for
a tight fit.
2. Press down metal hand guard to pull back delta ring and then release toward the
barrel, allowing the front hand guard cap to fit inside the front rim of the top cover.
3. Repeat the same action for the bottom hand guard.
4. Make sure the three alignment tabs at the front of the mount are properly aligned
and secured with the front cap.
5. Tighten the four screws to secure top and bottom covers. Do NOT over tighten the
screws or you may strip the threaded holes.

MT054, MT055 & MT056 INSTRUCTIONS

REMOVE EXISTING HAND GUARDS

If you have a brand new AR rifle and it came with standard plastic hand guards, you will
need to remove these before installing our metal hand guards.

1. Pull down delta ring by using a forearm removal tool and pull off hand guards.

INSTALLING RAIL MOUNT

1. Remove the lower receiver and stock assembly, take out the bolt assembly.
2. Remove front sight post and/or gas block and gas tube: place barrel on a well
padded flat surface and punch the two pins at the bottom of the sight out with a
rubber mallet and punch set.
3. Remove the muzzle brake/flash hider counterclockwise using the AR wrench.
Clamp the upper receiver on a receiver vice block. Loosen the barrel nut by turning
counter clockwise using the AR wrench, take out the delta ring assembly.
4. Slide on the free float quad rail and tighten the barrel nut case using a punch. Make
sure you install the gas tube along with the free float hand guard.
5. Replace front sight and the two pins to lock it.
6. Install the flash hider on the barrel.
7. Replace the bolt assembly, lower receiver and stock assembly.

CAUTION

Do not over tighten the screws or you may strip the

threaded holes. Stripped holes are NOT covered by warranty.

1. Align and install top and bottom hand rails.
2. Make sure the three alignment tabs at the front of the mount are properly aligned
and secured with the front cap.
3. Tighten the four screws to secure top and bottom covers. Do NOT over tighten the
screws or you may strip the threaded holes.
4. Install bottom extension and tighten the bottom four screws.
