Step 1:

Locate barrel/magazine tube clamp and two 1 11/64”

screws. Assemble clamp using the two beveled holes finger
tight only. Note that the openings are different sizes and
shapes. The smaller sized opening attaches to the barrel, and
the larger opening attaches to the magazine tube.

Step 2:

Disassemble the clamp and assemble it onto the

barrel/magazine tube in the same position pictured on left.
Do not tighten the screws down all the way as you will need
to be able to align the clamp to the battle rail in Step 8.

Step 3:

Lay the shotgun on a flat surface, and remove the

trigger assembly pins by using a pin punch. Leave the trigger
assembly in place.

Step 4:

Slide the battle rail over the barrel and position

it over the receiver.

Step 5:

Insert the plastic spacers provided on both sides

of the receiver. Align the holes in the spacers with the
trigger pin holes in the receiver with a punch or drift pin.

Step 6:

Insert the new provided trigger pins into the

appropriate sized trigger pin hole, using a rubber
mallet if needed.

Step 7:

Insert the provided 23/64” allen screw into

each end of the trigger pins and tighten with the
provided allen wrench.

Step 8:

Align the battle rail with the barrel/

magazine clamp, and install 1” screw and tighten.
Tighten screws on clamp as well.

Step 9:

Locate shell holder and 6 15/64” screws.

Step 11:

WARNING

– make sure firearm is

unloaded before performing final step. Cycle the
action and test the trigger for proper function.

Step 10:

Attach shell holder to rail side

plate using the six small screws provided.
