Installation instructions for LT8-4841-1700
READ ALL OF THESE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIXTURE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL APPLICABLE ELECTRICAL CODES WILL VOID THE PRODUCT WARRANTY. This
product is sold in cases of six reflector kits. Each reflector kit includes the following components: LED T8 Tube Lamp (1 pc),
T8 non-shunted lampholder also known as ”tombstone” or bi-pin socket (1 pc ), lamp clips/screws (2 pcs), ground wire/screw (1 pc), installation
instructions (1 pc) and installation labels (one label is to be used for each modified fixture). Make sure you have all the kit components
before beginning any installation.
WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when drilling for
installation of LED retrofit kit. Check for enclosed wiring and components.
Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of kit
installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
