1. Do not use improper power supply. The LED 4590 requires a 24V DC power supply (use only types listed below from

American Lighting). These LEDs require DC output. Do not use 24V transformers because their AC output this will shorten
the life of the LEDs and likely cause “AC flicker”.
Do not exceed the maximum wattage capacity of the power supply. Multiple fixtures may be linked together to a single
power supply, but only up to the maximum number listed in the chart below:

Do not make connections or link additional fixtures while power supply is
plugged in.
Plug in power supply only when installation is complete.
Use in indoor applications only. The LED 4590 is not rated for outdoor use.
Product warranty becomes void if installation conditions allow operating
temperatures to exceed 40˚C (104˚F) or drop below -20˚C (-4˚F).
Do not remove lens or fixture’s endcaps, nor alter the power supply in any way.
The LED 4590 is equipped with integrated LEDs and lens cover. Removal of lens

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

4.

1. Install the mounting clips. The LED 4590 mounting clip design allows for both

45˚ and 90˚ mounting angles for installation versatility. Determine and mark clip
locations per installation needs (see Figure 1).
Gently push first fixture into mounting clips. See Figure 2.
Link additional fixtures. Gently push second fixture into
mounting clips and using the inline connector, included with
each fixture, interconnect first and second fixtures by sliding
them together until both are fully connected (see Figure 3).
Connect power supply to fixtures, then plug in power supply.
Only apply power after all connections are complete in order to
prevent any damage to the LEDs and/or the power supply (see
Figure 3).

The LCL-PS50 includes a six foot lead with a mating DC jack.
The LCL-PS90 includes a six foot lead and a 6” adapter cord to
connect into the fixture. If additional lead wire is needed from
the power supply’s location to the first fixture in a single run,
use optional accessory LCL-EC72 (sold separately) to add 72”.
