INSTALLING
1) When fastening tie, brass anchor screw should be in open position (unscrewed
approximately 1/2”). Take end of tie and place onto brass anchor. Pull the rubber tie to
the anchor and slip the tie over the open anchor. Then let the tie slide onto the anchor
for secure fit.

REMOVAL
1) To remove, reverse operation of installing. Pull rubber tie until it slides out
of groove and lift up.
