cups of chocolate chips (32oz/906g) into the unit; just

add 1/4 cup of oil (2 fl.oz/59.13ml) for each additional cup of chocolate chips used.

NOTE: Milk chocolate, dark semi-sweet chocolate, or white chocolate may also be used.

The maximum amount of chocolate that can be used in this product is 2 lbs.

b) Heat the chocolate in a microwave oven on high for 1 minute.

c) If necessary, heat mixture again for an additional 20-30 seconds until completely

melted and smooth. Stir the mixture well and add a tbsp. or more of oil if the

mixture is too thick.

d) Repeat heating process if necessary. The chocolate must be of a consistency thin

enough to allow proper flow.

e) If desired, other liquids such as liqueurs may be added (approximately 1/4 cup

of liqueur, depending on your taste).

CAUTION: Container with melted chocolate will be hot; use oven mitts or other hand

protection to help prevent a burn.

NOTE: Use chocolate that is a maximum of 60% cocoa. Any higher percentage may

require the addition of too much oil to obtain proper flow.

4. Once the chocolate is completely melted, turn the power switch to HEAT/MOTOR to

begin the auger rotation. Pour the chocolate into the fountain’s bowl carefully as the

chocolate will be hot. This will start the flow of the chocolate.

CAUTION: To prevent clogging, do not drop food pieces or other objects into the

chocolate. Also, do not add cold liquids to the chocolate mixture or it may thicken and

prevent proper operation of the fountain.

NOTE: If chocolate flow becomes inconsistent, turn the power switch back to HEAT and

allow a few seconds for the chocolate to settle; then turn the power switch back to

HEAT/MOTOR.
