Assembly Instructions

1. Install the plastic motor shield (part #8113855)

over the front of the motor. Use the hose clamp (part
#8113854) to secure the motor shield in position. See
figure 1.

2. Apply the aluminum duct tape over the encoder

board opening at the back of the motor. See figure 2.

3. Remove the (4) screws from the capacitor bracket

and rotate the bracket so that the electrical connec-
tions on the capacitors are pointing downward. See fig-
ure 2.

4. Re-attach the bracket to the balancer cabinet using

the (4) screws.

5. Install the power panel shield part #8113857 over

the (2) 1/4-inch screws protruding through the balancer
cabinet. Secure in place with the (2) 1/4-inch hex nuts
part #8143169. See figure 3.

6. Remove the (3) screws securing the power panel

to the cabinet (fig. 3) and install the formed vinyl switch
and circuit breaker cover through the holes in the cabi-
net (fig. 4). The switch and circuit breaker cover will be
held in place once the power panel has been re-
installed.

7. Remove the touch panel assembly from its hous-

ing and place the formed PCB shield part #8113858
over the back of the touch panel assembly. Route the
electrical wires through the slotted openings. Re-install
the touch panel assembly in its housing. See figure 5.
