Front Cone Mounting Procedure
1. Seat wheel on balancer shaft with a front cone
making sure the wheel doesn’t slip off the cone.
2. Press quick release trigger and position slide
nut (without pressure drum) until it engages the
cone.
3. Finish mounting by turning the slide nut on the
shaft clockwise until handtight.
Back Cone Mounting Procedure
1. Slide backing spring and appropriate size back
cone on balancer shaft.
2. Seat wheel on back cone making sure the
wheel doesn’t slip off the cone.
3. Press quick release trigger and position slide
nut (with pressure drum) until the pressure drum
engages the wheel.
4. Finish mounting by turning the slide nut on the
shaft clockwise until handtight.
