Instructions
1. Remove fasteners from hardware package.
2. Position the 6401 ADAPTER PLATE under the
6401 WHEEL BALANCER and insert its two legs into
plate openings as shown.
3. Now position the 575 TIRE/WHEEL LIFT against
the 6401 ADAPTER PLATE. Align the two holes on the
plate with the two outermost holes on the lift plate.
Secure lift to the plate using a 5/16-18 nut and 5/16-18
x 3/4" bolt.
