AUTO-FLATE
LIMITED WARRANTY
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all Coats AUTO-FLATE units described below are fit for normal use and service and are free from defects in materials and workmanship
existing when these parts leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.
The WARRANTY PERIOD for each product follows:

All Warranty and Post-Warranty service will be handled as follows: The customer must contact AUTO-FLATE Technical Service toll-free at: 1-866-455-8768 and participate in
a brief interview and trouble-shooting process to determine if the problem can be solved over the telephone. If the problem cannot be solved in this manner the customer
furnishes a contact name, ship-to address and telephone information and Master Card or Visa Card Credit information to the Technical Service Representative. The
Technical Service Representative will immediately ship a Replacement Service Exchange Unit via ground service.
NOTE: The Credit Card will only be charged under the following circumstances:
1) If during the warranty period the unit failure is due to misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized alterations or repairs or the failed unit is not received back within 14 days.
2) If the unit failure is outside the warranty period.
Upon receipt of the Replacement Service Exchange Unit the customer places said unit in service and packages the failed unit in the exchange carton and ships it to:

(*) During the warranty period Hennessy will pay the ground shipping charges for the Replacement Service Exchange Unit. The customer is responsible for the shipping
charges to return the failed unit.
NOTE: Expedited shipping available for an additional charge. Please ask the Technical Service Representative for details.
This warranty applies only to COATS AUTO-FLATE units. It does not affect parts replaced during and/or covered by an original equipment warranty.
All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and
workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. Which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the
warranty period as specified above. Original customer billing invoice shall serve as proof of purchase and starting date of this warranty.
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, free of
charge including labor per the above schedule, by the designated HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. Authorized Service Center. This warranty shall not apply when failure is caused by
the purchaser
’ s misuse, abuse, neglect or by unauthorized alterations or repairs. HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a
product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original using purchaser and is not assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law.
This warranty applies only to product sold and used in the United States (excluding U.S. possessions such as Guam and Puerto Rico). For product sold and/or used outside of the
United States of America, no warranty is made or implied, except the warranty available by and through HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

in which the product is used.
This warranty shall not apply to regular maintenance required in the ordinary course of use of the above specified products, ordinary wear and tear or items or supplies ordinarily used
up, consumed or worn out in the normal course of use of the products specified above. Such items shall include, but not be limited to the following: hose & clamp-on hose chuck.
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements to its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products
previously manufactured. Correction of defects by repair or replacement shall be THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this warranty and shall satisfy all warranty obligations on the part
of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ANY PURPOSE AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE
SELLER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
