COATS Kit 8184446, Robo Arm Upgrade - Manual

1. Tools Required
Tools required to install Robo-Arm handle flange kit.
• Open End Wrench 7/8-inch
• Adjustable Wrench
• Regular Hammer
• Regular Pliers
• Robo-Arm Handle Flange Kit No. 8184446
2. Remove Grip
Place open end wrench against rubber handle grip; use
hammer to remove rubber grip.
3. Remove Control Knob
Use regular pliers to unscrew the round plastic knob.
4. Bend Control Handle
Place adjustable wrench on control lever as shown and
bend until wrench handle is approximately vertical.
5. Installing Flange
Place thick flange on handle. Using hands, force spring
retainer over metal handle.
6. Final Installation
Place rubber handle grip over metal handle and use
hammer to position. Next use pliers and replace round
plastic knob.
