3. Remove existing clamps by (refer to figure 1):

A. Depressing large end of spring loaded position button
with a finger through large access hole on side of clamp. At
the same time depress opposite end of pin with a small tool
such as a valve core tool or small screwdriver through small
access hole on opposite side of clamp.

B. Slide clamp off clamp carrier.

4. Clean and lubricate clamp carriers and slides as instructed

in maintenance section of machine’s Operator Manual.

5. Install Laminated Clamp as follows (refer to figure 2):

A. Be sure clamp is properly oriented on table top—open
side of clamp jaw “V” toward center of table top.

B. Be sure spring loaded position button is properly oriented
in clamp carrier. If not, clamp will be loose after installation.

C. Compress both sides of spring loaded position pin and
slide clamp onto carrier and over pin until it locks into posi-

before attempting to secure a tire/wheel assembly.

Usage

1. Depress spring loaded position button with a finger,

through large access hole in side of the clamp. Slide clamp to
desired position for wheel diameter about to be secured.

2. Be sure all four Laminated Clamps are in the same position

before attempting to secure a tire-wheel assembly.

Important: If clamps start to mar wheels, it is time to replace

plastic grips.
