Add user: click Add to open the add user page:
Define user name and password, user authority can be subdivided to single device
channel when checking. To note here is if device has no preview authority, it will
not offer other permissions, if the channel has preview authority, it support video
record automatically.
User modify: modify the name, password, permission of ordinary user, superuser
(it is the first client , we call it root) allowed to modify password only.
User delete: cancel the ordinary user but super-user.
