S-tray - Use for Sbox-P, Sbox-R, EZRAID, and ForensicDECK.

Caution:
- Make sure the Key is ON position, after the Tray installed
- If the HDD is not working, please check to make sure the mount holes
correctly used
- DO NOT remove the Tray while in operation mode, this may damage the
HDD and result of lost data
- After set-up, push the RESET button to default the setting of temperature
detection 45C (113F) and fan RPM 1000RPM

INSTALLATIONS

Hardware Installations
:
All equipment must be OFF ( no power ) before any installation is performed

1. Turn Key lock to OFF Position
2. Secure HDD to the tray


NOTE: Use the ROUND holes a the anchor mounting SATA, otherwise
HDD may not connect properly

3. Insert back to the Mobile shell.
4. Turn the Key lock to ON, to prevent accidental removal
5. Power on,
6. Push the reset button to the default setting


Function of LCD tray

1. Display temperature range from 30 C to 90 C

2. Display fan speed from 1000 to 9900RPM

3. Over temperature
When temperature is higher than setting value, the digits on the LCD start
flashing and buzzer will goes off. As long as the cause of the over
temperature is correct (remove) buzzer will silent and LCD display will go
back to normal. However the fault is not correct / fix the alarm will be silent
within 30sec, but the digits on LCD will remain flashing until the cause is
fixed.

4. Low RPM or fan failed
When fan speed (RPM) is lower than setting value, the digits on the LCD start
flashing and buzzer will goes off. As long as the cause of the over
temperature is correct (remove) buzzer will silent and LCD display will go
back to normal. However the fault is not correct / fix the alarm will be silent
within 30sec, but the digits on LCD will remain flashing until the cause is
fixed.

5. If the fan is disconnect, the LCD will disable


Adjustment LCD

MODE and SET buttons are the programmable button for temperature and fan
speed setting

Push MODE button for 2seconds, S_tray will enter setting mode, where SET
button is use to adjust the setting value.
The setting will change as follow when MODE button is pressed

T1 -> F1 -> T2 -> F2, and its cycle will repeat

Our S_tray can monitor TWO set of temperature and fan speed at he same time.
It one set is set, then the other set will display “- -“ .

To save the new set of value
- Press the NODE button for 2 seconds or let it idle for one minute

Note:
The temperature increment is 5 C
The fan speed increment is 1000temperature increment is 5 C
