C Handle
1) Clean and prepare the contact surface of the bond area.
2) Adjust welder so that the mold is seated against the rail contour with no excessive gaps.
If mold does not seat, rub back and forth until proper seating is attained.
See Figure 1
Prior to making a connection, read and follow the full instruction sheet:
IPRSW shipped with ERICO CADWELD mold and special instructions below.
3) Install C-handle as shown in Figure 1.
Position into the horizontal position as shown in Figure 2.
Rotate Handle to come in contact with the box wall.
Adjust welder so that the mold is held firmly against the rail as shown.
