DESCRIPTION

Flex Pourable Sealer is a high-performance, single component, polyurethane-base, self-leveling pitch pan
sealant. Flex Pourable Sealer is self-priming and requires no mixing; it is simply poured in place and
cures to form a resilient, tough seal. Flex Pourable Sealer produces a flexible, long-lasting seal with
extraordinary adhesion, cohesion, elasticity and abrasion resistance.

THIS PRODUCT IS FORMULATED TO PROVIDE:

· Single component sealant which requires no mixing.

· Functions from - 40° F to 180° F.

· Bonds to most substrates without a primer.

· Resists penetration and puncturing by sharp objects.
· Resists permanent deformation from compression.

· Resists deterioration from weather, stress, movement, water, and aging without

distortion or failure.

SUGGESTED USES

Flex Pourable Sealer is used to seal objects that are difficult to flash requiring a pitch pan installation.

INSTALLATION


Surface Preparation Pitch pans or joints must be clean, dry, and free of any foreign materials for
optimum performance. Pitch pan surfaces must be structurally sound and free of all loose aggregate,
paint, oil, grease, asphalt, wax, mastic compounds, waterproofing compounds, or form release materials.
