Installation Instructions for NPR 638 Access Rail Wall Mount
Step 1: Locate Studs and Screw in SU Mounts

SU Mounts to be positioned with teeth facing UP

ALL FOUR screws to be drilled into the same stud

Both SU Mounts to be measured with level device

Confirm that screw heads are flush or recessed into countersink
o Access Rail will not slide onto mounts if screws are sticking out into the
space between teeth
Screw Heads Flush to Surface SU Mounts Level on Wall
Step 2: Attach Access Rail

Mount the Access Rail onto the SU Mounts from the front, confirm that Access
Rail teeth are interlocked with SU Mount teeth

Slide the Access Rail so that the middle of the Rail is approximately located in the
middle of the space between both SU Mounts
