CONFIGURATIONS & OPERATION
RSB: REMOTE SWIVEL BASE BOLT ON
The swivel mechanism is activated by releasing lever to the vertical position, positioning light
where required and returning lever to locked position.
Supplied with: x1 RSISLASS, x1 RSIRM & x1 BOLT16SS.
RSBM: REMOTE SWIVEL BASE MAGNETIC
The swivel mechanism is activated by releasing lever, positioning light where required and
returning lever to locked position. NOTE: Be careful if mounting to a painted or delicate
surface. Ensure the supplied protective pad is placed between magnet and structure to
minimise possiblity of marking surface.
Supplied with: x1 RSISLASS, x1 RSIRM & x1 BOLT16SS.
RSBS: REMOTE SWIVEL BASE SUCTION
The swivel mechanism is activated by releasing lever, positioning light where required and
returning lever to locked position. The suction cap is activated by swinging the cam lever into
the tensioned position. NOTE: Ensure the surface under the suction cap is clean and smooth
to maximise time of adhesion (moisture may be applied to either surface). It is critical to
keep the rubber suction pad free of any marks.
To clean wash with copious amounts of water and a clean sponge. NEVER clean with cleaning
fluid or solvent
Supplied with: x1 RSISLASS, x1 RSIRM & x1 BOLT16SS.
HAND HELD SPOTLIGHT (SL)
& REMOTE MOUNTED SPOTLIGHT (RM) INSERTS
There are two types of inserts supplied with the RSB, RSBM and RSBS:
SL Insert
Supplied already installed
RM Insert
Supplied as an option with an M10 x 16mm full thread bolt.
Directions
To fit a Lightforce SL to an RSB, RSBM, RSBS simply screw the Lightforce SL to the already
fitted SL insert.
To fit a Lightforce RM to an RSB, RSBM and RSBS simply loosen the locking knob and
pull the insert out of the RSB, RSBM and RSBS.
• Replace the standard mounting bolt supplied with the RM light with the
shorter M10 x 16mm bolt supplied.
• Mount the light to the RM insert with the shorter M10 x 16mm bolt.
• Install the RM light complete with RM insert into the RSB, RSBM and RSBS.
• Make sure it is seated all the way and then tighten locking knob. Being careful not
to overtighten.
