IMPORTANT

• This equipment is an Air powered Hand Held Abrasive Chop Saw. It is designed to cut concrete using a 14” Diamond Blade.
• IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND OPERATORS TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS including but

not limited to OSHA and ANSI.

• Always use the proper PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT including Ear Protection, Eye Protection, and any other protection required. Proper attire must

be worn when operating this machinery. The operator must wear approved safety equipment appropriate for the job, such as hard hat, when conditions
require, safety shoes, hearing protection (operational noise levels of this equipment may exceed 90db), non-fogging vented safety goggles and dust respirator.

• Plan the cutting prior to starting the cut. Check for hidden hazards that may be hidden from view either within the concrete or on the other side. Take particular

care that the cut does not penetrate electrical, gas, steam or other dangerous or flammable conduits.

• Equipment should only be operated by trained personnel in good physical condition and mental health (not fatigued). The operator and maintenance personnel

must be physically able to handle the bulk weight and power of this equipment.

• This is a one person tool. Maintain a safe operating distance from other personnel. It is the operator’s responsibility to keep other people (workers, pedestri-

ans, bystanders, etc) away during operation. Block off the work area in all directions with roping, safety netting, etc. for a safe distance.

• This equipment is intended for commercial use.
• For operator’s safety and the safety of others, always keep all guards in place during operation.
• Never let equipment run unattended.
• Keep body parts and loose clothing away from moving parts. Failure to do so could result in dismemberment or death.
• Stop motor/engine when adjusting or servicing this equipment.
• Maintain a safe operating distance from flammable materials.
• Sparks from the cutting-action of this machine can ignite flammable materials or vapors.
• This equipment will create dust from the material being removed. The dust may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth

defects or other reproductive harm. Check the chemical properties of the material to be removed and take the appropriate precautions Some examples of these
chemicals are:

-Lead from lead-based paints
-Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products
-Arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber
