ALWAYS use safety guidelines when connecting the flexible
shaft to the vibrator.
GENERAL SAFETY
■ DO NOT operate or service this equipment
before reading this entire manual.
■ This equipment should not be operated
by persons under 18 years of age.
■ NEVER operate this equipment without proper
protective clothing, shatterproof glasses, steel-
toed boots and other protective devices required
by the job.
■ NEVER operate this equipment when not
feeling well due to fatigue, illness or taking
medicine.
■ NEVER operate this equipment under the
influence or drugs or alcohol.
■ ALWAYS wear proper eye protection
equipment when operating the vibrator.
■ Manufacture does not assume responsibility for any accident
due to equipment modifications.
■ NEVER use accessories or attachments, which are not
recommended by Multiquip for this equipment. Damage to
the equipment and/or injury to user may result.
■ This flexible shaft assembly is component part of a vibration
unit. You should obtain the safety and operating instructions
for the vibrator motor unit and the vibrator head. These
instructions should be read and fully understood before
operation of the vibration unit.
■ Before connecting the flexible shafting to the vibrator motor
make certain the switch is in the off position and the unit is
unplugged from the power source.
■ Warning!, never attempt to connect the core to the vibrator
motor while it is running.
■ Warning!, never attempt to run the core outside of the casing
assembly for any reason.
■ Only use this flexible shaft to power vibrator heads.
■ Inspect the unit before each use for damage. If unit is found
to be damaged, have unit repaired by an authorized repair
person.
■ When servicing unit, use only recommended replacement
parts.
