INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

FOR AKTCC LIVE END CONNECTOR WITH CORD
FOR USE WITH PRESCOLITE AKT ONE/TWO CIRCUIT TRACK SYSTEM ONLY
READ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE TRACK SYSTEM
SAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFERENCE WHEN MAKING ADDITIONS TO OR CHANGES IN THE TRACK SYSTEM.

INSTALLATION

1. Refer to PRESCOLITE AKT series track for track installation instructions
2. Live end feed is prewired with a 16 GA. 3 wire grounded cordset rated at 10 amps. Maximum load for this cordset is 80% of

rated capacity or 8 amps. Multiplying maximum amperage by voltage yeilds the maximum wattage available. For this coroset,

960 watts is maximum.
EXAMPLE: 1 - 300 WATT BULB = 300W

4 - 150 WATT BULBS = 600W

900W watts total on circuit is safe because it does not exceed 960 watts

3. Align live end feed with pre-mounted track rail, insert and press together, tighten retaining screw.
4. Plug into ground cutlet.
5. NOTE: This connector will energize both track circuits, use with a maximum of 8 feet of track rail.
