Installation:
1. Park the vehicle on flat level ground, set the emergency brake, & block the front tires / wheels.
2. Place the upper bracket flush against the coil spring tower with the bottom wedged between the
tower & frame.
3. Mark the two 7/16” holes using the bracket as a guide. Some spring towers have a hole predrilled
for the upper bolt. If so, install the 7/16” x 1 1/2” & drill the bottom hole using the bracket as a
guide. Attach the upper bracket to the spring tower using the supplied 7/16” x 1 1/2” bolts,
washers, & nuts.
4. Place the lower bracket on the front of the strut
arm as shown in the diagram below. Drill the
two 3/8” holes & bolt the bottom bracket to the
strut arm using the supplied 3/8” x 1 1/4” bolts,
washers, & nuts. Attach the new shock stud to
the bracket & install the shocks.
5. Repeat the above steps on the opposite side.
6. Once all shocks are installed, check all
components for proper clearance. Retorque all
hardware after the first 100 miles & periodically
there after.
