This guarantee covers only the material and processing defects of a product manufactured by
SUNFLEX EUROPE GMBH. Guarantee services are therefore ruled out if the defects or faults are not
caused by SUNFLEX EUROPE GMBH, especially in case of
a) wrong use, mechanical damage (e.g. scratches, pressure marks, breakages), inappropriate
storage or cleaning, damage due to transportation, misuse or any other fault of the customer
or a third party, especially if the instructions described in the operating manual are not
followed
b) fire, flood, chemical or biological actions, acts of violence or similar incidents
c) defects of any nature in the accessory parts or other components (regardless of whether they
were supplied by SUNFLEX EUROPE GMBH) which are not part of the product covered by
this guarantee
d) any attempt by any person not authorized by SUNFLEX EUROPE GMBH, to adjust, modify,
install or to perform service of the product
Accessory parts such as cartons, packaging, batteries or other consumables which are used in
conjunction with the product and are expected to be replaced are not covered by the guarantee.

one given here. Other legal or contractual claims, even against the seller of the product are ruled out,
provided SUNFLEX EUROPE GMBH has provided the services based on this guarantee.
This guarantee does not impair or influence the legal guarantee claims or other contractual claims of
the customer towards his seller.
