How to place telephone calls in foreign
countries

Dial the country access code for the coun-
try you are calling, the city area code with-
out the first “0” and then the telephone
number. You can replace the first two digits
of the country access code with “+” (press
“0” for approx. 1 second).

Example:

Country access
code:

0049

Germany

City area code:

05121

Hildesheim

Teleph. number:

49 . . . .

Blaupunkt

You enter:

+49512149 . . . .

.

Tip:
Enter the country access code for all of the
telephone numbers you save in the memo-
ry.

How to receive calls

Callers from your home country merely dial
the usual number for your mobile phone.
Callers who are not located in your home
country dial the country access code for your
home country, even if you are currently lo-
cated in another country.

How to place calls to a stationary tele-
phone in the host country

Dial the city area code and the party’s tele-
phone number.
You needn’t dial the country access code
because your Radiophone has registered in
the foreign network.
