To delete your advisory announcement (A )
• Press the MODE button again. Voice says
‘Operation Mode. Advisory announcement’.
Display shows

• Press the MODE button again. Voice says
‘Mode’.
• Press and hold the DELETE button until the
outgoing message is deleted.
To switch the answering machine on/off
Press the ANSWER ON/OFF button. The
machine is ON when the button lights up. It is
OFF when the button is not lit up. The voice tells
you which outgoing message/announcement is
set. If you have a new message waiting, the light
flashes. Remember, the answering machine
will not take incoming messages until you have
recorded an outgoing message.

• Press the MODE button until the voice says
‘Operation Mode. Advisory announcement.
Display shows

• Press the MODE button. Voice says ‘Mode’.
• Press the RECORD button within 3 seconds.
Your handset rings.
• Press the PHONE button on your handset.
The voice says ‘Recording announcement’.
• Press the PHONE button to end the
recording.
To play back your advisory announcement (A )
• Press the MODE button until the voice says
‘Operation Mode. Advisory announcement.
• Press the MODE button. Voice says ‘Mode’.
• Press the PLAY button. Your message is
played back.
• Stop playback at any time by pressing the
STOP button.
