DC640 Installation Notes:
1. The Primary Number must always be provisioned as Key 1.
2. The Voice Mail Key must be provisioned as Key 12.
3. This telephone set is polarity sensitive and will not operate if Tip and Ring are reversed at
the wall jack. It is recommended to only use the 15’ line cords provided with each telephone.
These are 6 conductor line cords that also supply AC power to the telephone.
