STEP THREE: Attach cervical & lumbar pillows
Part D
1. Fasten the back cushion flap to the bottom of the chair with the Velcro strips that are
permanently sewn onto the inside of the flap.
2. Attach the cervical pillow by slipping the tab that comes out of the top of the pillow through
the loop located on the upper middle of the back of the chair. To adjust the height of the
cervical pillow, pull the pillow up or down.
3. For additional lumbar support, place the lumbar pillow horizontally on the seat between
the arm rests.
