La esquina de fibra óptica fue diseñada para curvas de cable de fibra
óptica de 3/8 a lo largo de un radio gradual de 3 . Fue diseñada para ser
usada con el Reveal De fibra óptica de Trim-Tex #5130. Una pieza se
conforma a una vuelta de 45°. Varias piezas pueden ser unidas para
formar una curva de 90°, 135° o 180°. La pieza esta diseñada con
extremidades planas. Cuando se unan varias piezas la parte plana
deberá cortarse como se ilustra. Tendrá que cortar una o ambas
extremidades. Vea la Fig. 1.
Para cortar la esquina, voltee la pieza como se muestra un la figura 2.
Con una navaja afilada, corte a lo largo de la línea que esta moldada
atrás de la pieza. Empiece en el punto mas alto como se muestra y
recorte hasta las pestañas.
Instale la esquina con pegamento de aerosol 847 de Trim-Tex y grapas.
Agregue compuesto de tabla roca. Para que no entre el compuesto en el
centro del reveal, ponga una cuerda de 3/8 en el hueco de reveal.

Directions:
The Fiber Optic Corner is designed to curve standard 3/8" Fiber
optic cable along a gradual 3" radius. It is designed to be used with
Trim-Tex 3/8" Fiber Optic Reveal, stock # 5130. One Corner will make a
45º turn. Parts can be used together to make 90º, 135º or 180º turns.
The part is designed with a flat area on both sides. When running
multiple parts, the flat area must be cut off as shown. You may need to
cut off 1 or both sides. See figure 1 for details.
To cut the corner, turn it over as shown in figure 2. With a sharp
utility knife, cut along the score mark that is molded into the back of the
part. Start at the highest point as shown and then cut off the flanges.
Install the corner with Trim-Tex 847 Spray Adhesive and staples.
Mud as usual. To keep mud out of the center of the bead during
mudding, place a 3/8" foam back rod or sash cord into the reveal
groove.
