Step 1

: Set the drywall back / " and dry fit a

small sample piece of the Niche Bead for an
accurate installation .

Step 2

: For precise miters cut a support block 1 / " x 1 / ". Always wear safety glasses when

using miter saws, staple guns, or spray adhesive. To ensure accuracy, make the miter cuts
slowly. Typically a 90º inside or outside corner will require setting the miter saw to 45º. Most
corners are rarely a true 90º so you may need to adjust the angle and make some practice
cuts first.

Step 3

: Snip back the mud legs up to the mud

bump to prevent overlapping of beads. Install
the bead with

" divergent staples every 6"

and Trim-Tex 847 Spray Adhesive. Place a
bead of adhesive caulk (Trim-Tex 710
Adhesive Caulk) at the seam and wipe away
the excess caulk.

NO ADAPTERS needed when joining an
outside or inside Trim-Tex

corner bead.

Simply snip back the mud legs and install as
previously stated.
