DUST BLOWER AIR HOLE
This is a small aperture located underneath the housing just behind
the blade guide. Ensure this is kept clean to allow the airflow to
continually blow dust away from the cutting area.
SPLINTERING PROTECTOR (See Fig. I)
The splintering protector
(16) prevents the splintering of the
surface when sawing in wooden materials. Press the splintering
protector from below into the base plate.
The parallel guide as well as the splintering protector can
only be used for the 0
0 (normal) position.
