Replacement

WARNING: To avoid a shock hazard, assure that all power to
the controller has been removed before board replacement.

!

CAUTION: The 1391 board set contains ESD (Electrostatic
Discharge) sensitive parts and assemblies. Static control
precautions are required when unpacking, installing, testing or
servicing these boards. Component damage may result if ESD
control procedures are not followed. If you are not familiar
with static control procedures, reference A-B publication
8000-4.5.2, Guarding Against Electrostatic Damage or any
other applicable ESD protection handbook.

!

1. Assure that all power to the controller has been removed.

2. Note switch and potentiometer settings on the Logic Control and AQB

Boards. Set switches and potentiometers on the new boards
accordingly.

3. Remove the plug-in style interface connectors at TB1 and TB2 of the

top Logic Control board and TB3 of the AQB Board.

4. Disconnect the lower ribbon cable (see Figure 1) going between the top

Logic Control Board and the power structure. Do Not remove the
upper ribbon cable that connects the top and bottom control boards.
