THROTTLE BODY
INSTALLATION MANUAL
MATERIALS REQUIRED
None
1 Loosen up the air intake tube clamp.
Remove the screws securing the solenoid
assembly. 2 Remove the air box cover screws and
then remove the cover. 3 Unplug the air temperature sensor and
remove intake short tube. 4 Remove the screws securing air filter box
to the body.
5 Disconnect the solenoid hose. 6 Disconnect the vent hose and remove the
air box. 7 Disconnect electrical plugs and vacuum
hose. 8 Remove screws holding throttle cable
bracket.
9 Remove throttle cable.

Loosen up hose clamp and remove air
supply hose.

M 8 socket wrench
M6 Allen wrench
Flat Screwdriver
M10 socket wrench
M13 socket wrench

Remove throttle body screws. Remove
throttle body and adaptor.

Remove throttle position sensor and idle
motor assembly.
