8. At this point it is time to install the Straight
Pipe. Measure and cut the Straight Pipe for
the final fit, remember to allow about 3”
of overlap on both sides of the pipe before
making the cut. Don’t cut the flarred end.
9. Once the entire exhaust system is installed,
inspect the system to ensure that no part
of the exhaust is in direct contact with the
chassis or body; adjustments may be neces-
sary.
10. Return to each of the Clamps and tighten
with a 9/16” wrench. Do not over tighten
the Clamps.
11. Stainless Steel Tips are available from Bully
Dog to give your truck that polished, classy
look.
