Working with liquids

Caution

Periodically check all system connections for leaks. Observe the relevant
regulations in respect to working with flammable and/or toxic fluids
and their disposal.

Chemical resistance

Caution

The instrument is not permitted to be utilized for conveying organic sol-
vents and aqueous solutions that contain solids.

Caution

Before utilizing any particularly aggressive media, it is imperative that
you determine whether or not the parts of the instrument that have
media contact are resistant to them.

The parts in question are made of the following materials:

PTFE
Tubing 6.1812.000, pump parts

PVC
(Tubing 6.1801.120)

FFPM
Pump parts, valve parts

PP
Pump parts, valve parts

PVDF
Connection nipples of the tubing connectors, union nuts

Recycling and disposal

This product is covered by European Directive 2002/96/EC, WEEE – Waste
from Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
