4 Importing methods
The 898 XYZ Sample Changer is accompanied by a USB flash drive on
which the tiamo methods for the utilization of the sample changer are
stored. These methods must be imported into the software.
Proceed as follows:
1 Plug in the storage device
￭ Plug the accompanying USB flash drive into a USB port on the
computer.
2 Open the method manager
￭ In tiamo, click on the symbol for the Method editor.
￭ In the Main menu, click on the menu item File ▶ Method
manager....
3 Select the methods
￭ Click on [Edit] and Import....
