Family: Thistledown Item No. 4505 VZ
1. Find a clear area in which you can work.
2. Unpack fixture and glass from carton.
3. Carefully review instructions prior to assembly.
1. To assemble fixture, attach the stems (2) to the swivels (A), located on main ring
assembly (1) by threading them together.
2. Slip top end of each stem (2) through one of the large holes (B) in seecondary canopy
(3). Starting at one hole then going clockwise around the secondary canopy.
3. On the top of each stem (2) thread on the half ball knob (4).
4. At this point you must determine if the fixture is to be chain hung or mounted to the
ceiling. Please see instructions below for each option.
Chain Hung Option
1. Thread supply wire through the side of coupler (C) and out through the top
threaded hole.
2. Slip loop and plate assembly (5) along supply wire and thread into coupler (C) and
tighten.
3. Please refer to the hanging instruction sheet (I.S. 19) provided to hang fixture. Then
refer back to this sheet to install glass.
Ceiling Mount
1. Please refer to the hanging instruction sheet (I.S. 17) provided to hang fixture. Then
refer back to this sheet to install glass.
1. To install glass, remove socket ring (8) from socket (D).
2. Slip glass (7) over socket (D) and replace socket ring (8).
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for remaining glass.
4. Fixture can now be lamped accordingly
*** The construction of this fixture will be accomplished by first assembling the
fixture, determining what mounting style you will use, making all necessary
electrical connections, installing the approriate hardware to the junction box,
and then hanging the fixture from the ceiling.

Note: Maximum wattage for 4505 fixture is 100 watts per bulb.
