1. Find a clear area in which you can work.
2. Unpack fixture and glass from carton.
3. Carefully review instructions prior to assembly.

SAFETY WARNING: READ WIRING AND GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS (I.S. 18)
AND ANY ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS. TURN POWER SUPPLY OFF DURING
INSTALLATION. IF NEW WIRING IS REQUIRED, CONSULT A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN OR LOCAL AUTHORITIES FOR CODE REQUIREMENTS.

1. Prior to assembling main body, fixture can be lamped accordingly.
2. To assemble main body, attach the top cover (A) to the cage (C) by securing with
screws (B) - see Drawing 1.

1. To mount fixture, slip post fitter (D) over post while making sure all wiring is
tucked inside the post. This prevents wiring from getting pinched between the inside
of the post fitter and the post - see Drawing 2.
2. Drill 3 - 1/16” diameter holes into pole, using holes in post fitter as a guide.
3. Screw in the sheet metal screws (E) provided.

*** The construction of this fixture will be accomplished by first assembling the
main body of the fixture, making all necessary electrical connections, and then
mounting the fixture to pre-installed post.

Note: Maximum wattage for 1331 fixture is 40 watts per bulb.

Make electrical connections from supply wire to fixture lead wires. Refer to instruction
sheet 18 (I.S. 18) and follow instructions to make all necessary wiring connections.
Then refer back to this sheet to continue installation of this fixture.
