Please read all of these instructions carefully before
installing your new faucet.

Helpful tools to install this faucet

• a basin wrench

• plumbers putty

• Teflon tape

• flashlight

• crescent

• faucet supply

wrenches (2)

tubes

Important Points

• When installing your new faucet, hand tighten the

connector nuts. Use one wrench to anchor the fitting
and the second wrench to tighten the nut one addi-
tional turn. Connections that are too tight will reduce
the integrity of the system.

• Wrap all the threaded connections (except

aerator thread in faucet body) with Teflon tape.
Always wrap in a clockwise direction.

• Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and

hot water lines, open the old faucet, and flush
toilet to release build-up pressure. Then cut both
water supply pipes approximately 15" below the bot-
tom of the old faucet, taking care that the pipes
remain circular. Use fine-grit sandpaper to remove
any burrs or rough edges from the cut ends.
